Your account with us is subject to our Terms Of Service (TOS), that you must agreed to before signing up for any product from Techsys. The same TOS require a 2 week notice when you cancel your service with us.
If you cancel with us and have a PayPal subscription, YOU MUST CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION WITH PAYPAL yourself. As a courtesy, we usually try to do this, but if you only give us several day's notice, it can't be done. We apologize if you get charged for the next month, but you must give us 2 weeks notice to cancel.
Even after you cancel, there might be an outstanding invoice. If you put in a ticket, we will look and will usually cancel it for you.
