If you want to terminate your account, the best way is to go to your Client Area and select the service that you want to cancel. You may choose "Immediate Cancel" or a "Cancel at end of billing period".
There is also the option of opening a support ticket and requesting to have an account cancelled. If you cancel by e-mail, there is no guarantee that we will get it the email so the above two are the best ways to get your account cancelled.
If you cancel after your monthly payment is made, we can not refund that to you.
IMPORTANT: If you signed up with a PayPal Subscription, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to cancel it. If you dont the system may deduct money from your account the next billing cycle.
