How Do I Cancel My Account?

At Techsys Ltd we are committed to making sure you have the best experience working with us. We are inteliggent enough however to know that somethings go wrong and we would love to hear from you if something is going wrong. But if you have made up your mind to leave We're sorry to see you go. If there is anything we can do to keep you as a customer, please let us know.

Hosting Clients

Regardless of what product you have with Techsys Ltd, You can always ask to end it by Contacting us CONTACT US We never want to see you go BUT OF COURSE we respect your decision and always do as you request immediately.

To cancel your hosting account, your self please login to your account in the Client Area. Locate the profuct you want to terminate and under Managment menu, Request cancellation. 

(Please Note: Canceling web hosting does not automatically cancel your domain name.)

Domain Name Renewals

If you no longer want to renew your domain, please contact us with the name of the domain you no longer want to renew. To help expedite your request, please contact us via the email address associated with the domain name or provide us the order number.

 

Account Addons & Other Services

To cancel an account addon, please login to your account area, Locate the parent product to which the addon belongs then nagigate to addon and request a cancellation. Alternatively Just write to us mentioning the Addon you wish to terminate and what product it belongs to.

IMPORTANT NOTE that when you ask to terminate a product that has a reccuring PayPal payment subscription you may need to login to your PayPal and cancel the Payment subscription.

What happens after I submit the cancellation request?

You will receive an email immediately confirming we have your request. If you do not get this email back within 1 hour, we did not receive your cancellation request and you will be held responsible for any charges as a result.

Once you know we have your request, please allow us 72 hours to verify your identity and close your account. Your account will remain active until you receive our follow-up email confirming you were cancelled successfully.

When will my cancellation be effective?

Unless you tell us otherwise, your account will be cancelled on the next renewal date, and you will continue to have access to your account until that time.
