If your primary email address on file with Techsys Ltd is nolonger functional or is invalid do the following:
1. On the assumption that you can login to your account -> then just update your profile (Once logged in -> click Edit your profile under My Account) replace the unccessible email address with the new valid and functional email address.
2. On the assumption that you can not login to your account (lost or forgot your password) -> please submit a contact form from our Contact Us page and provide us with your account username, your account\'s secret answer and the valid email address you want set in your account.
3. On the assumption that you remember your sign up email address, simply click forgot password on the login page and follow the instructions.
