Normally the time when your email was sent, received etc will reflect the server time by default. If you are on a shared hosting plan where adjusting the server time might be hard then you may need the following step by step guidelines on setting up ot adjusting Webmail Time zones.
1) Login to webmail of the domain
2) You will need to chose the mail client you use.
(a) For Squirrelmail webmail
click on Options >> - Personal Information >> Timezone Options. update your time & Save it !
(b) For roundcube webmail
click on setting >> Preferences >> User Interface >> Timezone Options. update your time & Save it
(c) For Horde webmail
Click on option >> Locale and Time Set your preferred language, timezone and date options.& save it >>
