How to create a Helpdesk Ticket

I well assume that you are already an existing client of Techsys Ltd. If you have any need for support, we would request that you create a Helpdesk Ticket instead through your client account, this will help us follow-up all the correspondences and see to it that your issue gets resolved to your satisfaction.

See Below the instructions on how to do so;

  1. Login to your Account.
  2. Navigate to main menu
  3. Click on 'Open New Ticket' link

  1. Fill in the form with your NameDomain/URLSubject, then your Request/Inquiry in the text box.
  2. If you intend to attach a screenshot/image click Choose File and browse for the file from a specified location on your computer. 
  3. Click Add New Response to submit your Helpdesk Ticket
