Shared Accounts
If you are hosted on an unlimited shared plan, you will not need extra disk space and bandwidth as we do not limit these for Shared hosting accounts. However for clients hosted on limited or capped shared plans you may simply ask to upgrade to an unlimited plan so that you get more space and bandwidth.
Reseller Accounts
If you need more bandwidth or disk space, please upgrade to the next package. You can do this from your client area by locating the pakage, Using configure menu and ask for upgrade Or simply contact us with the package you wish to upgrade and that you wish to upgrade to.
If you need more bandwidth or disk space than our highest plan offers, please purchase a second plan to accommodate your needs, or upgrade to a VPS or Dedicated Server.
VPS Accounts
If you need more RAM, bandwidth or disk space, please upgrade to the next package inside your client area or contact us with the VPS you wish to upgrade and the plan you wish to upgrade to.
If you need more bandwidth or disk space than our highest plan offers, please purchase a second plan to accommodate your needs or consider upgrading to a Dedicated Server).
Dedicated Servers
You can order to achieve more disk space; please understand that this cannot be transferred to another server.
You can also order additional RAM and bandwidth.
